I am not a singular self.
I embody many—wounded, evolving, whole. I walk beside those reclaiming themselves from fear and control. I speak from lived experience and survival, not from a lofty perch.

Through the lens of animism, I see spirit alive in all things: the earth beneath us, the stories we inherit, the breath we carry forward.

I do not commodify healing; I walk with it, marked by curiosity and resilience.

My role is not to fix, but to hold space where people remember their wholeness, untangle old patterns, and step into lives truly their own.

Slowly, gently, we mend what was never broken.
